Dr. Mike Finnegan
Dr. Mike Finnegan is a partner, educator, energizer, coach, college sports fan, hunter and dad to both horses and dogs. He is a Teaching Associate Professor of Agricultural Leadership at Oklahoma State University in the Ferguson College of Agriculture. Mike teaches Ag Leaders in Society, Agricultural Leadership in a Multicultural Society, and Global Ag Leadership. Mike spent 18 years at Kansas State University teaching with the Staley School of Leadership and is a recipient of the KSU Presidential Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching. Mike has delivered numerous key notes and leadership workshops on strengths based leadership, well-being, engagement, belonging, coaching, inclusive leadership, adaptive leadership, and navigating change. Mike splits time in both Stillwater, OK and Randolph, KS where he and his partner run and operate a horse boarding facility.
